On choosing Sensible Training as your work-based learning provider, your expert Account Manager will advise you on the funding opportunities and grants available to your organisation. Your Account Manager will work with you to implement learning programmes that meet the exact needs of your employees and business.

From April 2017 larger employers will be subject to paying the new Apprenticeship Levy. Affected businesses will be required to pay the Levy into a digital account that can only be used to fund apprenticeship training. For business that fall into this category, it will become essential that they have access to a learning provider capable of maximising the use of the money held in their digital account.
